Who. These terms are between you and Nibble, the service that runs nibblebooks.com. “We” and “Nibble” mean that service. Contact pages@nibblebooks.com.

What Nibble does. Nibble slices books you already have the right to read into daily sittings, and can email those sittings to an address you choose. It is a reading tool, not a bookshop.

What you may add. You must only add public-domain works, or files you own or are licensed to use in this way. Do not upload Kindle (.azw), other DRM-locked files, or copyrighted books you are not allowed to copy. Nibble does not remove DRM and will not open those formats.

Your files. We do not claim ownership of the books you add. You are responsible for the files you upload, the email address you use, and any use of the service. Text is stored so we can send your next sitting; we are not a backup or archive.

Delivery. Email delivery, Gutenberg availability, and uptime are provided as-is. Sittings may be delayed or missed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nibble is not liable for lost data, missed emails, copyright claims arising from files you uploaded, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Accounts. Accounts may be closed if these terms are abused.

Plus. Plus is an optional paid plan (up to three books, custom sitting length, and club). It is billed through Stripe as a subscription, yearly or monthly, in the currency you choose at checkout. It renews until you cancel. Cancel any time from Manage billing on the pricing page; access continues until the end of the period you already paid. Prices are listed in pounds and shown in other currencies as rounded equivalents. Refunds are at our discretion except where the law says otherwise.

Changes. We may update these terms. The date above is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
